Our clients are our business and our FRIENDS. We take GREAT SATISFACTION from taking couch potatoes off the Couch and converting them to love exercise and boxing. Maybe you’ve tried many fitness and nutrition programs before and not felt the love, well our members and our staff will make you feel at home right from the onset. Our members initially come for results but stay for the experience and our camaraderie.

We incorporate Boxing training into most of our workouts. It’s FUN & Furious and designed to help you reduce your STRESS and BURN the CALORIES. We don’t overcomplicate things and we just ask our clients to turn up and be ready to put in the work
